The first photo was taken January 10th, 2011. The last 3 were taken today, May 1st, 2012. I have been lifting seriously for about 5 months now. I was once the girl with no booty and now I’m finally getting one :)
Girls, LIFTING WEIGHTS DOES NOT MAKE YOU BULKY. It makes you have sexy curves. So stop being afraid and get in the damn squat rack.
I kinda have a smallish/flat butt, I hope lifting weights/doing squats helps out a loottt.
She had great legs before and now they look even better (no offense girl.. ): I don’t mean that in a bad way)But seriously, a lot of girls have been asking me for advice.. I say lift weights and they say ‘hell no’. Well its you’re loss! You’re missing out on a nice butt and legs!
